Good luck getting in contact with anyone here. I called multiple times, over multiple days. Even texted the number they sent after they missed my call. Nothing. Their website to set up appointments doesnt work. I went up to the office, nobody answered the door. I was sent to this site to get a pre-employment drug test which should have been a quick and easy in and out.

No one showed up for MY appointment, no notice, nothing, I’ve tried to get in contact with this office for weeks, for refills on my medication and nothing. A medication that is necessary for me!

Make sure you call them even if you have a confirmed appointment if you are in need of a DOT physical. They will set an appointment but when you show up will boot you and say to come back another day. Will go somewhere else.

This site is clean. The staff are very friendly and respectful. The service is fast. I was in and out in 15 minutes for my drug test. I will definitely come back.
