Staff members are always nice and accommodating. Amazed at the results, my tattoo is at least 90% gone after 3-4 sessions.Anyone looking to get their tattoo remove should pay them a visit :) Less

Would give 0 stars if allowed. Made an appointment with them and they sounded friendly over whatsapp initially. Came all the way from the West and was stuck in a jam and rain. But guess what? they ghosted me on the day itself and left me waiting outside their shop for SO long while ringing the bell, calling their hotline, dm-ing their IG, and countless knocking. Funnily enough, my partner and I heard a man’s voice talking behind the door but they completely ignored us despite our attempts outside. Super IRRESPONSIBLE and RUDE. Don’t encourage others to use their services at all, save yourself the travel and trouble. Update at 1355H: Merely a template reply? You’ve seen my messages on IG and whatsapp, yet NO replies. Zero effort. Terrible service. You guys here are the witnesses. Less
