If the owner is truly looking into this matter, why hasn't anyone contacted me back then yet?A very shocking response from a beauty parlour. I just want my refund now as the way their services are being conducted suggests that they are untrustworthy and shady.My aim now is simply to spread awareness to others and also checking in, if anyone has encountered such a service from 3Beauties before.>>>1st comment:A shocking experience with 3Beauties as a first time customer.I originally booked an appointment on 24 June, Tuesday at 6.30pm for a lips treatment service with a Joey (weeks ago), and even had reminders from the company to show up for my appointment. I also paid a $10 deposit prior to my visit.However, when I reached the studio punctually at 6.30pm for my appointment, the shop was closed. Multiple calls/texts were made to the shop and also to the IG page immediately, but the shop remained closed. Nobody answered my calls.I also heard nothing from them after 24 June, despite me calling and DMing them on their socials page which were left unanswered. Despite this, 3Beauties can still be actively posting IG stories and ignored my DMs.What a nasty experience and not sure if they have closed down or something. But its shocking at their level of customer service.
