Amber was very punctual, very professional and sweet and funny. She made an unpleasant experience, actually very pleasant. We had six people to get checked, and every single person felt very comfortable with her and she’s also as gentle as she can be with your …Although everything is on the website, she still verbally explained to us everything that should be done after the treatment for example, our bedsheets and pillowcases, etc. I would highly recommend her to any of our friends as it seems that there is an outbreak right now in a couple of different counties. If this were to happen to us again, sometime in the future, I don’t see us using anyone else, but her.

We were pretty worried when we suspected my son had gotten lice from school. I first treated my son on my own (it took me two hrs!) and I realized there was no way I could do it on myself. I needed a professional! Booking was very easy and same day service was available. Wendy went out of her way to accommodate me and my family and even came back to check my husband. She treated me first and then checked my son. It turns out she found more nits on his head I had missed! The products used are bio based so safe for the family and the process overall didn’t take very long. Wendy was thorough and meticulous and extremely knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and we couldn’t be happier with the results!

Hothead lice was fantastic! We called on a Sunday and was able to be serviced in a couple of hours. Very professional and quick in service. I would 100 percent recommend and hopefully not have to use for a long time. Both the owner and specialist were very kind and easy to work with. My daughter had caught lice and she checked us both and was able to quickly get rid of the eggs .
