Not a good impression. We won't be returning. If you decide on this place, hopefully your experience will be better but if they decide to stagger your massages times, I'd be very cautious. My wife and I were both scheduled at 5 with our own masseuse, then our daughter at 6 with my wife's masseuse. We got a call shortly before 5 from Alan (company owner?) telling us that they both will be late. Mine was now going to be 5:15 and my wife's 5:30. No huge deal, we had nothing pressing. I think they took advantage of our flexibility though. So 5:15 comes and I go to the room with my masseuse and have a massage and it's great. I come out of the room an hour later and am confused to see my wife still sitting in the lobby, since hers was 15 minutes later, I expected to have to wait on her.Apparently, her masseuse didn't show up and NOT A SINGLE PERSON came to the lobby to inform her of this the entire time. She just sat there for an hour wishing someone would come into the lobby so she can ask what's going on. So her and our daughter both were stood up. I would not even have taken the massage had I known my poor wife was just sitting there massage-less the whole time. The immediate serenity and relaxation I felt was immediately replaced with negative emotions. A waste. Not to mention, Alan told me it would be $60 for first time customers but the masseuse charged me "75 to 90". I paid her 90 just because I don't believe any of this was her fault.
