Stood me up once outside her Longport shop for almost an hour on a cold winters day with a bad back and mobility issues, after this stunt sends me a link to give her a review, but I'm afraid I give honest feedback and only give one after if I ever had any service, then she topped it off by stabbing me with the microneedle pen for a bb glow treatment for which (which she kept the appointment after the mockery by standing me up outside her Longport studio and then met her at Newcastle salon for the 2nd time where she carried out this act of cruelty) barely feels any pain which I used to have in Manchester but thought this was closer to. I stated that there shouldn't be any pain after previously having this particular treatment that I had for 2 years prior to coming to Hannah but mocked about saying her microneedling pen had broken and instantly switched it up to full and then literally stabbing me, also went onto claim that emla cream works in minutes after she barely smeared a microscopic amount on my face, suffice to say that I've had this treatment before coming to Hannah and I knew what to expect, but hadn't expected this kind of heinous treatment and least to say very unprofessional and unpredictable, also she barely injected lumi eyes product. There were no completion of the bb glow treatment as the owner claims but I did get charged £30 because she claimed that she had to open a box a new box, I left with my integrity shredded to bits psychologically by the owner and accepted the fact that this business/owner won't serve any good to me and their service will be just as aesthetic as their response AND get threatened. I don't know why I'd be abusive like the owner claims and frankly not surprised at this utterly untrue statement, "I don't treat yourself anymore" speaks volumes.
