Been with Allure for 4 years now and I think the service has been great. They have solid scheduling, meaning I don't have to think about whether or not they've been out when they should, they just show. Sounds like a low bar i know, but I've had other pest control companies. The individual technicians that come out are always polite and engaged, asking what particular problems I might be having before service so they can address them. The technicians are also professionals, not salespeople with a spray bottle. They're there to do a job and they take it seriously, while also being sensitive to my home's needs and my desires (e.g. I'm not a "kill em all" type when it comes to bugs, I just don't want them in the house) and so Allure treats the property with that in mind. Andrew was out just yestserday (which prompted me to do this review) and he was exceptional. I've been having rat problems (population explosion) and he came and talked to me about what I've been seeing. Checked the bait traps I had out and gave me some solid advice on how to keep the buggers out of my garage. All around haven't had a thing to complain about since signing up with them.Also honestly appreciate that they're a small business, local to OC, happy to support them by paying for their services.

I called multiple times this morning to inquire about services and kept reaching an AI assistant instead.I understand that automated systems can be helpful, but when I am trying to hire a company and ask questions about pest-control services, I would prefer to speak with a real representative. Since I could not get the assistance I needed, I ended up going with a competitor who was able to help me directly.
