This was my first time using Allure Pest Management.My initial service was performed by Jon, and unfortunately, several spider webs were left behind throughout the bushes in my backyard and around the exterior of my home.I contacted Allure about the areas that had been missed, and they sent a different technician, Ezra, out to address my concerns.Ezra did an EXCEPTIONAL job!He was extremely thorough, removed all of the remaining spider webs, and left everything looking incredibly clean, his attention to detail and the quality of his work were excellent.I also have to say that Allure has been very responsive to my messages, and their customer service overall has been excellent.I really appreciate how quickly and professionally they addressed my concerns and made sure everything was taken care of.Thank you, Ezra and Allure!

I'm satisfied with the service I've received from Allure Pest Management so far. I've come to expect the occasional ant invasion during the summer and the odd cockroach that somehow finds its way inside. However, I'm not okay dealing with rodents. With the traps and bait boxes from Allure, I'm hoping to have a rodent-free crawl space soon.

I recently used Allure Pest Control and had such a great experience from start to finish. Dillion was the technician who came out, and he really made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He showed up on time, was very professional, and took the time to walk me through everything he was doing so I felt completely comfortable.What stood out most was how thorough he was. He didn’t rush through anything and made sure all of my concerns were addressed before he left. The most pleasant, thoughtful, thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly exterminator I’ve ever hired. Marcos took down every cobweb and found three wasp nests. Most exterminators are here and gone in 5 min. Marcos was here about 40 minutes. I definitely got excellent value. Would recommend.

I have been using Allure through work on rental homes for a long time. They have never disappointed !! They have quick availability, can handle every sort of situation I throw at them and are beyond helpful through the entire process. I have been using them at my own home and Jon came for today's vist. He was very professional but also very kind and took time to go over everything he would be doing. Allure's consistenly exceptional service will keep me coming back when I need help. I know I can depend on them for anything and everything.
