I paid a $200 deposit, and then the artist started saying he now didn't want to do it unless it's on fresh skin... when I had a consult for a coverup. Then I needed to delay my appointment because I got pregnant and I just reached out to him to get that tattoo and he has "no recollection of a deposit" even thou... More
