There’s many smog places, but honesty is what makes any business successful. I came with a 2013 Tacoma truck that sat long and didn’t cycle enough miles to complete the emissions tests. Every other smog test locations would have charged me regardless that it was incomplete, but Diego showed me the results are incomplete and suggested I drive more. He didn’t charge me, so I had the option to come back or go elsewhere. I run my own auto repair and off-road performance repair for decades and stand strong with being honest. It goes a long way. What he said wasn’t completed is exact, I confirmed it, drove the drive cycle needed and came back for a successful smog test. My experience is with Diego and I absolutely will bring my business to him. We need honest business owners like him.On a side note, my opinion here about the random others upset about showing up early and leaving unnecessary bad review… this is a smog test not an urgent care life situation. Traffic is a real problem for everyone in the morning; don’t pretend that any of us hasn’t showed up late to work unintentionally.
