I recently hired George with Tixan Construction for basically a whole house remodel, including a kitchen remodel, flooring installation (both laminate and tile), adding light fixtures, painting my ceilings, fixing the fascia, as well as some smaller things and installing my new appliances. From start to finish, George exceeded my expectations in every way. I provided George with a very detailed PDF with specific requests, and I am very nit-picky, and not only did he follow through on every one of my requests, but he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He changed out things that needed changing and fixed things that needed fixing.George's communication was top-notch, and I mean TOP notch; which is something I value highly as a paying consumer. He kept me updated throughout the entire process; always on top of the work and addressing any concerns immediately. And all of his service came at a VERY reasonable price. His pricing was very competitive—I spoke with multiple contractors, and George gave me the best price estimate, and I learned that I rightly chose him without sacrificing quality.Again, the projects completed included a full kitchen remodel, replacing part of my ceiling in one of the rooms where I had significant water damage, painted the rest of my ceilings, remodeling my garage connection room, leveling floors, installed new shower trim in both my bathrooms, installed my multifunction bathroom vents with dimming lights, installed new recessed lighting, installed two new toilets, installed new closet doors in all my rooms and installed, installed my blink floodlight, he and his crew even installed my new appliances with the kitchen. The rebuild took about 3 weeks in total, which was way faster than we expected. We also appreciate how detail-oriented he was when assessing the type of work that needed to be done for the restoration project. We had a tight timeline, and he was willing to accommodate our schedule. His team did an amazing job restoring the first floor to its original condition (if not better than before the water damage), matching the rebuilt wall textures to the original wall. The areas they covered were the living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. They were also able to re-orient the closet so that it would be easier to access, and the new closet looks like it was originally part of the house. For the floor installation, we appreciated how his team took the time to even out the subfloor before installation.The floor was originally installed poorly by some other contractors, so this was a breath of fresh air. We definitely plan to reach out to George and his team again for future renovation projects! Less

George was very fast with the contract draft on 8/7 and got to work 8/19. George evaluated our project and gave us a game plan that made sense to us and answered all questions we had.
