Shannon's smile greets us every time. You can tell she loves interacting with her clients. She asks my husband how he's doing and if he's had any falls since she was here last. She's patient and understanding while waiting for his mind to process a request or for his body to respond. She adapts therapy for his injuries, recognizes signs of frustration, kindly offers suggestions for improving his environment and makes sure he feels safe during therapy. Shannon with AgeWise is an excellent provider of truly helpful advice and therapy. After several falls, open heart surgery and other setbacks I have been referred to numerous physical and occupational therapists to complete my recoveries. In addition I have a rare neurological condition that adds challenges to the treatment. All other therapists seemed to follow a scripted pathway to recovery whereas Shannon took the time and effort to determine what I really needed and then customized a plan for me that addressed my specific needs. Shannon wants me to progress as much as I do and I really appreciate her expertise and help.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish with Shannon. I loved that I didn't have to coordinate rides to/from a clinic for my mother to get therapy. She was able to do therapy right in the comfort of her own home and made leaps and bounds of progress in her stamina, safety and strength to remain the independent senior she is and wants to continue to be! I had an atv accident and Shannon helped get me back on my feet again not only with physical therapy but also emotional support.
