In order to increase our chances of a successful sale, she used her professional insights to help us choose a realistic listing price, select the most beneficial time frame to list our property, and decide on necessary updates to the property using a fresh, market-friendly color scheme. Then she drew from her network of reliable contacts to help us find an excellent contractor to implement the refresh of our rowhome.
