I absolutely love my hair and the quality of the work is fantastic. The colour and overall result are exactly what I wanted, which is why this review is difficult to write.Unfortunately, the customer experience on this occasion was disappointing. I had originally booked a 10:00 am appointment, but arranged directly with my hairdresser to come in at 9:00 am so I could attend a work event starting at 2:00 pm. Despite starting an hour earlier, I didn't leave until 3:50 pm and completely missed the event.Part of the delay was because a service had been left off my booking, which meant it had to be added on the day. I was then charged for that additional service at the end. We had also discussed at my previous appointment that I would need a full head of foils this visit, yet I was told on the day that this service was taking much longer than expected.The quality of the hair itself is excellent, and I would happily rate that 5 stars. However, I think better appointment planning, more accurate booking management, and clearer communication around timing are needed. I hope this feedback is taken constructively because the talent is definitely there, but the overall experience didn't match the quality of the end result.

I had my makeup done by Lucy for my ball and I was a bit nervous but as soon as I walked in I knew I was in good hands. I usually don’t like when other people do my makeup but Lucy gave me exactly what I was envisioning and I was so beyond happy with how it turned out. It was such an overall positive experience with such kind employees and I really recommend!
