Joined 4 weeks ago now,im a 55 yo guy trying to get in shape and learn something new but i almost turned back on the first night,but im glad i didnt.All the guys are great to train with and Gav is a great instructor,he has shown patience with me and explains things very well.Theres no egos either and everyone is nice and welcoming.i can slowly feel my fitness growing and im getting more confident with each passing session.anybody thinking about it but having any doubts,i can only say go for it.you wont regret it.

Signed my son Kayson up at rivals uddingston after going to to see Gav and so glad I did. Kayson absolutely loves going to to the classes and talks about them everyday. The time gav and the rest of the coaches spend with the kids and make them feel so welcome is amazing.

Only joined a few months ago & have loved it. It's a fantastic gym & environment, everyone is so welcoming & encouraging. Gav has us all working hard but you go home with a great feeling of achievement. 5*

I’ve been a member since the gym opened in June 24, it’s an excellent atmosphere with a really hard working coach and motivated members. I’m personally a lot fitter and stronger and enjoying the classes in the process.

I've been training at Rivals since they opened and I've been enjoying the relaxed atmosphere and hard training. I'd be happy to recommend it to anyone wanting to learn kickboxing in Uddingston.
