I have assigned my renovation & extension works with Australasian Home Development in 2020. The project took approximately 1.5 years due to COVID-19. After moving into the property (August 2021), I have lodged a defect works report as per agreed contract. After the lodgement, the company has continuously postponed their appointments and now they are not responding to me at all. It is 2023 and there are still many works to be completed. From my personal experience, this company has totally ignored and neglected their customer(s) once they receive their final payment and I would STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. If you are unfortunate and already signed any building contracts, please make sure that all the works are completed before final payment is released- without any defects as it will not be addressed and it will be at your own cost to fix them. In my case, I was taken an advantage of COVID-19 lock-downs in VIctoria and moved into the property knowing the defects. At present, I have lodged an application to DBDRV (Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria) and in a progress to lodge a VCAT application. For further insights, I have attached sample photos of their defect works / workmanship – This is only the tip of the iceberg.

These guys provided a competitive quote for building new bathrooms in our commercial office in a near impossible time frame (3 weeks). The work involved ripping up concrete, major plumbing works, and framing, plastering, tiling, etc. With a lot of out of hours work, they pulled it off and the results impressed our members greatly.
