Fantastic first visit! Right as I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable (which is a great first impression when you enter a medical building). The atmosphere is calming and Elaine at the front desk is passionate about the practice and steps you through everything; thank you! Then there's Dr. Frankel who is the real deal. The whole experience exceeded my expectations.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I’ve been seeing Dr. Frankel for a few months now for a shoulder injury, and the progress I’ve made has been incredible. From the start, he took the time to understand what was going on and gave me specific exercises that have truly helped support my healing.As a massage therapist, my body is my livelihood, and before working with him I was dealing with pain shooting down my arm after long days of work. Thanks to his care, weekly visits, and the combination of adjustments and SoftWave therapy, that pain is gone. As a 46-year old who had never been to a chiropractor and, admittedly, spent a lot of my life being somewhat skeptical of chiropractic services, I could not be more enthusiastic about my experience with Dr. Frankel. From my very first intake call with Alayne, I felt very understood and cared for. Alayne is kind and compassionate and just a delight. That first impression is so important and matters so much!During my first appointment with Dr. Frankel, he took the time to deeply listen to what I was experiencing (headaches, migraines, neuralgia, stiffness/limited mobility in my neck) before giving me X-rays to see what was happening in my spine. He talked me through what he was seeing in my X-rays before examining me, which he narrated along the way so that I could know what to expect as he was doing it. He is so knowledgeable and cares deeply about his patients. You can just feel it.What I most like about Dr. Frankel and his practice is that it's holistic -- it's not just about the corrections in alignment he does in his office. He asked me detailed questions about my work, including how I sat and how I arranged my monitors, and about my exercise routine and diet. He assigned me very thoughtful exercises to strengthen certain muscles in my shoulders and back and recommended a couple of supplements that would augment my treatment. I'm only a few weeks into my treatment, but already feel like I have more mobility and less pain. Most importantly, I feel very optimistic about the path forward! I highly, highly recommend Dr. Frankel.
