Before joining Jay I was surrounded by well meaning business mentors but could not relate to the trade industry. I implemented a few stratgies without success.Jay immeiately was able to ask the right questions to illicit the information he needed to help me. We then began to discuss strategies, actions and mindsets to move in the direction the business needed to.I learnt that I could achieve so much more than what I currently am. I believe I am the bottleneck of my business and that I should start getting others to help me in my business.I would recommend Jay's strategies and guidance to practically every trade business because we all are so focused on ourselves and our businesses that we don't look to bring others in to help so we as busness owners can begin to look at the bigger picture.Since working with Jay I have been able to adjust my mindset to look at how I must run my business before I develop a team.

I had my first coaching session with Jay. it was absolutely great. He was easy to speak with and had great ideas for me to initiate immediately, as well as long term.I now have a clear idea of where I want to take my business, along with a list of methods to take it there.I will be using Jay Harris moving forward to help guide me in the future. Well worth the money.

I was really overwhelmed and stressed with many parts of my trade business. I was struggling to make big decisions and ended up procrastinating and going in circles. It was taking its toll on my family and friends as I wasn’t present when I was spending time with them.  It’s not how I pictured my career.A program with Jay really helped me recognise and change my mindset. GAMECHANGER!By figuring out my personal values and goals it gave me clarity and transformed my work life and my business.Couldn’t recommend Jay enough.
