Grate flooring has done two jobs for my family. The work was excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them if there were ever a third. Unfortunately, the second job came with some challenges he had to overcome. We believe the past owner either had someone inexperienced or took on the sanding of the floor by themselves. It left what looked like a wavy floor, but Grate flooring was able to make them like new again. I think they would be Grate for all your flooring needs….. see what I did there.

Not only is Corey the best at what he do, he is also very fast and always finishes the job on time. He’s also very easy to work with and very understanding at what ever your concerns are. I removed some 10 year old carpets and had grate floors come do an amazing job on this room, hallway, and steps in my house. Seriously made the whole area come to life! Service and professionalism 10/10! I will be making my next appointment soon to do some more work in my home.

It's not often that I post reviews however I was very pleased to share my truly exceptional experience with Grate Flooring. The owner, Corey is a true professional and makes you feel comfortable sharing his knowledge of flooring. He kept his word on what was to be done and was ALWAYS on time. He installed wood floors on my lower level and sanded, stained and polish all upper level floors. Pricing was excellent and because he also went above and beyond to service me according to my schedule, I was happy to voluntarily provide a generous tip. You can't go wrong with this guy. You won't be disappointed.
