I attended a verbal smash session with Erin a week ago. Having no idea what to expect, I was so pleasantly surprised when I walked through the door and immediately felt relaxed by the atmosphere in the room. Erin is soft spoken which put you at ease and lets you fall into a conversation so naturally. You can tell her years of experience has lead her to this amazing place where she listens with intent and care. I have never felt so heard and lighter after being with someone.
