Did not have a good experience, brought my son in for a hair cut and showed the barber the photo and he shook his head as to understanding the photo, I glance over and looked like he was giving him a different haircut, I went over to him to tell him his hair is supposed to go forward not to the side, he end up cutting the side too short and then started pushing it forward and said you just got to style it like this. I also told him where I wanted his bangs to lay and showed him in in the photo the bangs hit by the eye lid, he make it above the eye brows and angled in a weird way. Did not feel like he was listening just nodding. My son’s hair is Asymmetrical in the bang area and too short. We tried different ways to style it but it does not work or hide where it was cut in the front. My son is embarrassed and he got something else then what we asked for. I chose this place because of the reviews, and I did watch the other barbers do an amazing job, so don’t want to hate on this place, just the barber we had for not giving him the cut we paid for, and it seemed as he forgot what to do when he got to the front and went into another direction instead of asking, and covering it up when I noticed. I gave it 3 starts because the place is clean, the guy at check in was friendly, I may be back because I did see some barbers take the time with their clients. Yes he is a kid, 12 yrs old and does sit very still, but I’m still a paying customer, I shouldn’t feel like I need to pay for someone to cut it again to fix someone’s work who did not listen to what we wanted. Tony is the man! Always gets me in and out and it’s a super clean barbershop. Definitely the most customer oriented shop out there.

Cut was great, staff were very nice and the man who did my cut, Tony, was perfect with handling it. Highly recommend this place.

Someone else, who came in after I did was taken before me. Granted, it was only a children's cut, but I was jumped. Didn't think that was very fair. I'm planning on getting my haircut again by him before going to my Radiation and Chemotherapy treatment for I can look good one more time before being dragged through that type of survival... at least I'lllook good before my hair falls out. I owe Terrence for making me feel great about myself again. He's a great barber / stylist who you can choose to have a conversation with or just sit in the chair and get your cut.
