We had them out today to assist with partially blocked drains and strong odors coming from one of the bathrooms. They were onsite quickly, worked efficiently, very knowledgeable and great pricing. This is the second time we have used the company and were impressed both times. Great local company - highly recommend.

I had water damage coming from a downstairs bathroom wall. The baseboard showed obvious signs of water absorption, it was swollen and separating from the drywall. I called Fannco and they sent someone over the following day. Caleb and Jackson showed up a bit earlier than the appointment time (no complaints from me) and started to asses the problem. They informed me that they cannot confirm the leak without cutting the drywall out, this is to be expected as the area was small and the suspected leak was directly behind the wall. After carefully explaining what work was to be done, and what the price ranges were. They proceeded to get started. Throughout the entire process, Caleb and Jackson took the time to update me on their progress and showed me exactly where the leak was coming from. Needless to say, the replaced the damage section and patched up all necessary plumbing. The workplace was left spotless and I couldn't be happier. This isn't the first time they had came out to do some work on the house for me, each and every time, their level of customer service and professionalism still amazes me. If you're looking for quality work, timely individuals, and a can-do attitude, this company won't disappoint. I highly recommend Caleb and Jackson, they will fix whatever issues you have, without giving you the upsell BS. Another amazing job guys, will call and recommend you to everyone looking for superior workmanship.
