Trained here since I was 15 to 19. The best gym I've been to. Mike is very knowledgeable and very welcoming to everyone. The gym was always clean and well maintained. Very good atmosphere in the gym. Great gym to drop into if you are visiting from out of town as well.

Great school. My boy went here. Now I joined too. Mike is great. Everyone is nice. The training is super for any level. They will beat the wussy out of ya eventually lol. Just keep showing up. This is the best training school for any level if you have any doubt. Period.

Really love this place! The process to get started and come for the free class is extremely well done. We had reminders, instructions, and it went very smooth. We were sold after the first visit!
