Body Tonic SF has been a transformative part of my health and wellness journey.As someone who studied Public and Holistic Health for over a decade, I still have struggled with implementing and maintaining a consistent, dynamic and effective physical exercise routine into my daily living.During a class assignment, I was directed to set a personal health goal and commit to a 30-day health challenge.That’s when I discovered Body Tonic SF, and I’m so grateful I gave it a try.Brian Monnier’s realistic and personalized approach to wellness made all the difference. Having faced my own challenges with eating and body image disorders, the combination of yoga and individual lift sessions at Body Tonic has become instrumental in my journey toward wellness. His program also includes unique tools for eating healthy and determining one’s food type (carb, protein or mixed).I’m proud to share that I successfully completed the 30-day challenge, attending classes 3–4 times a week.Furthermore, beyond that, I found myself motivated to increase my frequency and explore other forms of exercise in the months that followed.Since March, I’ve lost about eight pounds, toned up, and built muscle. More importantly, my relationship with my body has significantly improved.While this is a lifelong journey, I know that regular yoga and lift sessions at Body Tonic will remain an essential part of my overall wellness.I would encourage everyone to give it a try.
