Terry has been an ABSOLUTE life saver for my family. My elderly mother lives out of state and I needed many different services for my mother. It was very difficult for me to manage all that needed to be done, both geographically and having lack of knowledge of all that was needed and where to go to get it. Terry took time to explain the process to both myself and my mother so that she could understand each stage of her assistance. Terry got my mother immediate Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Meals on Wheels, handicap hardware services in her home and so much more. She communicated and coordinated with my mother's various doctors when needed making sure all were informed.
