Victor is seriously the best! He’s incredibly trustworthy, honest, and just great to work with. He fixed my phone battery after another provider (recommended through Apple Care) installed it poorly and actually made things worse. Victor had my phone working perfectly again in about 45 minutes—total lifesaver! I was so worried I’d lose all my photos and memories. He even made time for me at 10 PM. Service was amazing I thought I needed a brand new charging port turns out I only needed my port cleaned and a certified charging line. Very fast and knowledgeable service. iPhone wasn’t charging and ended up being the battery. Once new battery was installed he noticed a defect on the screen and changed that out also. Kept me updated throughout the day. Would recommend to anybody looking for any repair.
