Awesome service and installers. This is my second truck that I have done for me. The tint on my other vehicle was so nice, when I sold it, it was the tint that got me more money.

Black Optix Tint Charlotte exceeded all of our expectations today! We called this morning, landed a last-minute slot, dropped the car off at noon, and it was ready by 2:00 PM. Austin assisted us throughout the process and was exceptionally professional and courteous. As a 30-year veteran in sales and customer service, I know quality care when I see it. Before even handing the keys over, Austin noticed a tiny flaw in the front windshield tint that we hadn't even spotted. He immediately insisted on redoing it to make sure it met his high standards before we drove off. That level of pride in their work and commitment to customer satisfaction is rare. They truly turn potential issues into outstanding customer experiences. Highly recommend them for window tinting, ceramic coating, and more!I’ve added them to my Vendor List for my real estate clients.
