Absolutely wonderful service. My physiotherapist Tamara is amazing ❤️ I was having trouble with my shoulder for months and both my GP and the Surgeon I saw couldn’t find the problem. Matt has been great to work with and has helped me a lot with my TMJ issues. After each session I received an email with all the home exercises to do, plus videos of the exercises. This has made my recovery really simple and easy to manage. My daughter has also received treatment from By Design Physiotherapy for her ballet related injury in the past and had a really positive experience, so I didn't hesitate to go back to them for my issues. Highly recommended! 👍

My physio Dat has been so knowledgeable, patient and kind during my sessions! He listens to what I need and always is encouraging and helping me work towards my goals in manageable and bite sized pieces! He also takes the time to explain the whys and this has helped me to understand a) where my pain is coming from and b) exactly what I need to be doing day to day to help this (and it has)!
