i just bought $1,500 in packages a few months ago. i’ve been coming here for 2 years. AND THEY SHUT DOWN AND DIDNT REFUND ME (or notify me) 😭😭😭 seems like they’ve been doing this to everyone. I didn’t even get to use my packages i just purchased. They convinced me to get the packages and not pay per session & they took my money. i’m so upset. i’m not sure what to do.

i’ve been coming here for at least 6 months, if not longer, to get one of my tattoos removed. no complaints at all… however, i recently received an email stating that my appointment was cancelled out of nowhere. i replied to the email, i texted the phone number for them that i’ve texted back and forth with before & called the shop number as well, no reply to any of this. now google shows them as temporarily closed (the earliest that i noticed this was on oct. 13th, 2025, when i got the cancellation email). their instagram account also disappeared. i included a screenshot of the cancellation email that i received, along with a screenshot of my text thread with them.

No issue with the eyebrow tattoo removal itself, but why is no one ever available to answer the phone?! I’ve been in the process of removal since May. Coming in every 6-8 weeks. Any time I need to schedule or reschedule, it’s a voicemail every time. I may or may not get a call back.The most recent time I needed to reschedule my appt, I called and left voicemails. No call back. I received an email saying they canceled my appt(no call back to reschedule.) then I go on today and see the website is down and the business is “temporarily closed.” No clue what that’s about or if I have to find a different company to do my removal. No one is answering and I’m unable to leave a voicemail. It can only be done every 6-8 weeks so I hate that the process is being stalled by issues with communication.

I can’t say enough good things about IOIO Studio. I had microbladed brows that had faded to a blob of gray. I tried saline removal but it was painful and I was left scabby with zero change after. I was so nervous about laser removal. Dr Varman was awesome! She was informative and patient during my initial appointment. She explained the process and risks and made me feel at ease. The removal itself was painful but brief and so worth it. I am so so happy with the results. I have a follow up as there are still some areas that have some leftover ink but one appt made a huge difference. The price was very reasonable as well. Oh and the receptionist Renee was lovely too! All around great experience.

Awesome experience at IOIO Studio! I had my 1st laser removal session for my eyebrows. I previously had microblading done years ago and needed to have the ink removed. The doctor explained everything in such detail. She was so professional and pleasant to talk to. She made me feel so comfortable. The front receptionist was so nice! I highly recommend this business.

Went here for a lip piercing a couple years ago, my friend recommended I see Danielle. I was not shown the jewelry they would use, nor was I offered a mirror to check the marks before it was done. Got home and realized she never had me look at it while I was there, probably because it was extremely crooked. I went back a couple days later to show her and ask for a refund, and she just took the jewelry out(didn't even give it back to me) and refused to refund me. I still have some bad scarring because of her. She was extremely rude the entire time, and took no responsibility for the angle of the piercing. Now that I have experienced how professional piercers respond to mistakes they make, I cannot believe I was ever recommended this place.

My boyfriend went here and they were so unprofessional. The lady was late coming in. She looked like she just rolled out of bed. Didn't clean her hands or clean the area. Just started. Her glasses kept falling down and she kept touching them to push them back up.... Idk just seemed nasty. This was the second time we went in there because the first time they missed a huge spot... Like a postcard size of space ... Not to mention the healing from this was horrible. Huge blisters. They never said that was going to happen. Just really unprofessional and not sanitary.

i do NOT recommend this place for tattoo removal! I have a fine line heart shape tattoo on my face and i have had FOUR sessions it looks no different then the first appointment i’ve reached out to the manager & they told me it will be “gone soon” to just keep coming. I had a consult with another removal place and they said it’s unacceptable for this tattoo to still look how it does after FOUR sessions. very disappointed i’ve poured a lot of money into this place with horrible results ):

My mom and I have been coming here for laser eyebrow removal. Great results within just the 2 sessions we’ve each had so far. Trust the process, it’s worth it! If I can figure out how, I’ll update this with photos once they are fully removed.

Went for two sessions and my tattoo was lightened up enough for a cover up. Very professional place. Friendly staff. I gave 4 stars because of the price but other than that great work.

I had the plan of 5 or 6 sessions of hair removal completed here on my upper back and abdomen. Unfortunately, every time I went there was a new clinician that really didn’t know how to use the equipment or the amount of passes that you have to do on an area for effective hair removal. They were constantly getting errors from the laser equipment due to not making adequate contact with the follicles. This led to multiple missed areas and ultimately very disappointing results. I did go for a touch up session months later with my concerns, I can’t recall who the clinician was that day, but she was the first individual there that carried out the procedure properly and thoroughly. I have had laser hair removal on my legs in the past at another establishment and the results were night and day from IOIO. Hopefully the services and professionals now are more consistent with the quality. Currently, I would not go back.

I was charged an secondary fee of $513.73 outside of the session charge. Joan (client associate) attempted to forward my inquiry of the additional charge to the regional manager Bonnie. After several attmpts of calls and emails on my part, I never received a follow up from Bonnie or other associates to rectify the problem and I eventually had to follow up with my bank. Due to this issue I took my business elsewhere and I will not recommend the service to any of my associates.

I had laser removal of microblading done. The staff was so friendly and the studio was very nice and clean. I was absolutely terrified for my first visit but the procedure was really quick and very comfortable. I purchased numbing cream for my second treatment and the procedure was painless. I’m thrilled with my results and 100% recommend IOIO Studio!

I had micro needling procedure done on my face by Megan to help with acne scarring. She is so kind and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. With the numbing cream it was completely pain free. The recovery took about 4 days and my skin felt so smooth after healing.
