Used Morrells for the 1st time last month, it was easy enough to receive a quote from them, messaged me the day before they came around so to expect them. I don't know the name of the guy that cleaned my windows but he scrubbed the sills as well as cleaning the windows, it had been a while since they were last cleaned so spent a bit of time doing that and he was very pleasant.
