Joining Volume Fitness a couple of months ago pushed me well outside my comfort zone — I’d never done gym training before, only yoga and reformer Pilates. Adam took the time to understand my goals, ran me through a body scan, and set me up properly from day one.We recently did a check-in and, despite not hitting my weight goal yet, Adam delivered an honest, motivating accountability conversation that was exactly what I needed. The trainers are supportive, the classes are well run, and there’s a great sense of camaraderie.Training three times a week is building my confidence as I head into the new year with a massive set of personal and professional goals. So glad I made the commitment!
