What truly sets Volume apart from other functional fitness or CrossFit gyms is the coaching staff. Coach Harry, Adam, Aaron and Liv are consistently attentive, providing detailed critiques of form, not just to prevent injury, but to help you continually improve and get stronger. I’ve been a member of Volume for over 4 years now and it really is my second home.The coaches are very knowledgeable and approachable and will always give you the push you need, whilst ensuring you don’t get ahead of yourself.I love the variety in programming. It’s super well rounded, from CrossFit, to specialist classes like weightlifting, gymnastics, build and hyrox.When I first started I couldn’t do a single push up or even squat to depth. Now I regularly lift more than my body weight and I’m always working on a new skill, which has ensured I haven’t plateaued.But the real highlight is the community. Everyone is super friendly, encouraging and always ready to celebrate your wins, whether it’s just a random Wednesday afternoon or on the competition floor. Less

Every single one of the coaches are awesome and easy to be coached by. They are more than happy to help you improve and the community is the best part. I’ve been a member if volume fitness for a little over two years and over the course of time I’ve been able to achieve fitness goals that seems out of reach in the past.With the help of the awesome coaching from Harry, Adam, Aaron and Olivia I was able to break old habits when it came to weightlifting which in return has helped me achieve PBs in all Olympic lifting movements! And although chest to bars and muscle ups are not on the cards yet I’ve seen my gymnastics skills have also improved.If you have any doubts about yourself and your strength capabilities do yourself a favour and join volume fitness you won’t regret it Less

Volume fitness has been one of the best gyms. The coaches have a wealth of knowledge and help to push you to the best version of yourself. The classes are great and focus on combination of compound lifts and metcon style workouts to hit all fitness components. Would highly recommended volume fitness if you are looking for a new gym. The standout feature among the many incredible traits of Volume Fitness is the community that Hass, Harry and the team have nurtured, developed and allowed to flourish. I can safely say that the environment that they have created is like no other, where everyone is accepted and their needs catered for, no matter your skill level. The program, whilst being in class format, can be tailored to your needs and abilities which is something that other gyms simply do not offer. Also the new state of the art gym that we have recently moved into has taken training to the next level, and I couldn’t be happier with the level of service from my mentor coach Harry gives. No question is a silly question at Volume, and the coaches go above and beyond to ensure you understand the program, movements for the day and have a path to ensure progression each and every session!
