I LOVED this course with Rabbi Abe! Learning about the 72 names or frequencies was very impactful. I gained a deeper understanding of what these frequencies really do and how to apply them. The video meditations that accompanied each video are truly beautiful. Rabbi Abe has lots of downloadable resources to increase learning...an e-book, a workbook and other materials. I added the materials and what I learned to my morning and evening prayers and meditations. I have not found anything like this before. Rabbi Abe has a gift for explaining these concepts and makes them very applicable and understandable. I highly recommend this beautiful course. I promise you will learn things spiritually that you never knew before.
