As a person that it’s over 400lb and less than 6ft tall, I took the 5:30 am class today Monday it was really challenging for me that I’m not used to Excercise much and most of the time I’m working on a desk, but the personnel guiding the class made me feel welcomed and saw how challenging it was for me and checked on me all the time, made suggestions on how to keep moving but at a different level/weight or difficulty. I fully recommend this experience, and hopefully it’s the first of many classes for me.

I've always been intimidated by strength based workouts but the coaches have the skills, patience and encouraging attitude to help you learn and make sure you're using the right form. I always feel welcomed when I walk in the door by the coach. I also appreciate the variety, I rarely do the same workout twice - I always come out of classes feeling accomplished and ready to sign up for the next class!

Tried the 10-day trial at F45 Training Kingsland and loved it! The owner and trainers are super friendly, knowledgeable, and really supportive. The workout was great for all fitness levels, and the studio is clean with new equipment. Overall, such a good vibe—definitely recommend!

F45 Kingsland is amazing. I've been a member for a year now, and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made after moving to Calgary. The 45-minute workouts are efficient and always have different fun movements. The coaches are energetic, motivating and provide great guidance. Best of all, I've met so many great and supportive workout fellows. Highly recommend!
