Everything they have done, from small maintenance jobs to a total bathroom replacement, has been done to the same high standard and with the same professional approach, including total reliability - if they say they will be here at a certain time, they *absolutely* will.Gary was generous with his time when we were planning the bathroom, offered us advice and didn't try to pressurise us into spending more money than we could afford. The end project - which included structural work, a new ceiling and a new floor - came in within budget.We were totally thrilled with the work done. Care was taken to ensure the disruption and mess was minimal, and we have been very pleased with the after-care too. Gary and Karina have checked in to see that we continue to be pleased with the service we have had and have offered us the opportunity to report any snags we might have encountered (none!).

Hardworking, knowledgeable, reliable, communicative, thoughtful and very, very skilled: Gary and Karina have done a *FANTASTIC* job for us. From initial consultation to a follow-up visit checking for snags, the whole process has been problem-free. This was a big project - removal of an old bathroom, some reconstruction work on a raised floor, complete new ceiling, new floor, some remodelling of the plumbing, full tiling, new bathroom suite, right down to the finishing touches, mirrors, trims etc...a massive commitment. When Gary spotted issues, he fixed them (including a few household issues we had that weren't even in the bathroom). No big song-and-dance, things just get done. He checked in with us every step of the way, always consulting on anything that might have affected budget - ultimately nothing did and the project came in well within the initial quote and within timescale. Gary took the time to ensure that everything was right, made suggestions about our options but never once tried to upsell. He just 'got' our vision and used his expertise to make it happen, and Karina was on hand to help us all get things just right. And he worked so hard, always here on time, put in a full day (and more), left everywhere clean and tidy and did not knock off until everything was perfect. We could not be happier!
