My parents owned & loved this 1950’s ranch for a total of 65 years. Dan Kallas reached out to me after my mom died, & he was able to list & sell our family home in less than a week to a young family that will be able to make special, new memories in this beloved home in such a great Waukesha neighborhood. I really appreciated how quickly Dan responded to me when I had questions, & the entire listing-to-closing process was quite efficient. I highly recommend Dan if you are selling an estate!

Dan is always fantastic to work with!! As an agent it’s not always as easy as it was to work with everyone that has a license. Dan was always available by phone, great communication! Completely smooth transaction, I look forward to working with you again!

Dan and I had a deal for a property that recently closed. His communication throughout was great! Accomodating for the buyers and I, which I have no doubt means he is terrific to his own clients. I look forward to more oppportunities to work with Dan and his clients.

Daniel is very professional and respectful, he has stayed in touch and has followed up with connecting us to our future. We have been on the fence for timing of moving. He is not pushy at all but still available when needed. Thank you Daniel!

Working with Dan as the listing agent on a recent transaction was a great experience. He was responsive throughout the process, which always makes a real difference. When some last-minute issues popped up before closing, Dan jumped in and worked with me to help get them resolved quickly and professionally. It’s clear he genuinely cares about getting deals across the finish line for his clients and the agents he works with. I’d gladly work with Dan again and recommend him to anyone looking for a responsive, solutions-oriented agent!

I am beyond pleased with the level of service I have received from Dan Kallas, as I had to make a move across the country on very short notice and very little planning. Dan has been extremely helpful in this process, especially with what I was unable to take care of myself prior to having to leave. He also is very knowledgeable in this market and made my decision to use him as my realtor an easy one.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Dan, and it was a top-notch experience. Dan was representing the seller, and I was representing my buyers. He was extremely professional & great at communicating with me throughout the process. Several items could have become "deal breakers" however Dan always provided win/win solutions to keep everything moving along to a successful closing. Every time I called, he picked up the phone, which is impressive in this industry. Thank you for your integrity and industry knowledge Dan! I look forward to working with you in the future!
