I been under the care with lily since 2018. Today was a retouch after 2 years that i went missing. Lily is incredibly talented and truly a perfectionist! The shape is exactly what I wanted and they look so natural and defined. She is very detailed with aftercare instructions. Lily's new spot in Randolph is super clean, comfortable and organized. I finally have brows that l don't have to touch up every morning. Highly recommend her!

I came in for a touch-up on my hair stroke brows and had an amazing experience. The shop environment is clean, inviting, and very comfortable. Lilly has a wonderful attitude and is incredibly meticulous—she truly does beautiful work. I originally had my brows done about four years ago and they still looked fabulous, which speaks volumes about the quality of her work. Coming back four years later for a touch-up, I’m extremely pleased with the results. My brows look refreshed, natural, and perfectly done. My experienced here was awesome! I booked with Lily Troung. She's amazing! She knows what she's talking about and love how she explained everything throughly. Her skills definitely shows how well educated is she in this field. She's so sweet & nice! She makes you feel comfortable. Also, the place was so cute and well presented!She offered me a pair of slippers before I walked in because my slides were covered with snow. (Yes, I wore slippers on the day it snowed because I threw my boots/sneakers away before going on vacation lol - bad idea!) She also covered me with a blanket because it was kind of cold.I did the nano stroke & ombre combo eyebrows. Love love her work! She took her time and made sure i was ok.The only downside is that didn't like was how dark the pigmentation was after. I know that's the process of this procedure, so I had to get use to the darkness until it peels/heals/& fades. So, I'm looking forward to a couple of weeks to see that happen.
