Good work for the price! I had paint correction, deluxe exterior detail and ceramic coating completed on my black 23 Toyota Tundra. Please keep in mind this is a mobile detailing service and set your expectations accordingly when it comes to paint correction, etc. Paint correction obviously will be better in a controlled environment such as a garage or warehouse where there is led lighting and better equipment to fully remove light scratches and swirls. As with any service, there is always room for improvement especially in my case. Overall, the team did a great job in making my black paint shine again.Pros:- Excellent customer service and super responsive to any inquiry I had- The detail team was prompt and punctual and arrived an hour early to start my service- Super convenient with this being a mobile service and being able to work from home while your vehicle is worked on- Pricing was great for the services rendered and definitely better compared to other detailers in the area- Services performed were good for a mobile detailing serviceCons:- The detail team did not have proper equipment for my vehicle size. I have a truck, and the team did not have a step ladder to get access to the roof. Luckily, I had a ladder in the garage they used- Attention to detail definitely is a requirement for any detailing service and several spots missed/not fully cleaned.1) Rims and tires were not well cleaned and minimal tire shine used.2) Inside of all fender wells were still dirty/not fully cleaned nor was any plastic conditioner/detailer used to make appearance of it being clean or detailed (see pics)3) Windshield and rear window not fully cleaned. This may have been due to not having the proper equipment to access hard-to-reach portions of the truck. The middle of the front windshield and rear window contained soap spots and was not cleaned at all (see pic)4) My truck has a bed cover, and this was cleaned/rinsed during the wash process, but no other enhancements made during final steps of cleaning. There were soap spots and assumed truck cover would be detailed with plastic conditioner or other cleaning product5) Paint correction process was ok but typically you must be sure to tape off all plastics as not to get the compound/polish on it. This was not done, and the compound/polish is hard to remove once it adheres to the plastic for a while. I have this experience first-hand when I polished other vehicles with my own polisher. Excellent work, for the price! We have a Pathfinder and they took their time, going through everything, including wiping down indie the doors, and the wheels were really clean! Our only issue is that the interior windshield wasn’t cleaned well, along with the 3rd row back windows. Still, we will be using Mr.Detail again! Less
