Our 5 year old daughter has been attending North Jersey Judo for a almost 2 months now, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. She absolutely loves it! Both Sensei Roman and Sensei Greg are amazing with the kids—they make sure every class is engaging, fun, and tailored to help the children learn and feel comfortable with Judo at their own pace. The flexible and convenient class hours are a huge plus, allowing us to work around other activities. It’s clear that the focus here is not just on teaching Judo but also on fostering a love for the sport in a supportive and positive environment. I would highly recommend this place for anyone considering Judo for their little ones!

I highly recommend the Garden State Judo Classic and the North American Judo Championships. They are great tournaments with a large variety of opponents, which is great to have more experience as a judoka. It also has many mats and runs very smoothly. I bring my kids here every year and it’s always great! Big thanks to Sensei Ramon!

North Jersey Judo is the epitome of Jersey Judo. They have a wonderful and technical program for kids and adults of all ages. On top of that, they seamlessly run the Garden State Judo Classic and the North American Judo Championships. I enjoy coming back to those tournaments every year! The athletes get lots of matches, the staff and the refs are treated well, and there is good judo all day. As a 3x time National Champion, 2x Senior Pan-Am Team member, and a Senior World Team member, I highly recommend judoka from all the US come to experience the great tournaments hosted by North Jersey Judo.

Great team with an amazing Sensei! They hold the Garden State Judo Classic and North American Judo Championships are one of the best and largest tournaments in New Jersey.
