If I could give this 10 stars, I would. This team is unbelievable - so kind, so caring, so sensitive, and — they give a pretty dang good haircut! They’ll cut your kid’s hair and give you a side of mom therapy too. They were so sweet with our son’s first haircut. He loved watching Ms Rachel and getting a balloon. We will be back!

Titi gave my son a great haircut! She was incredibly patient, kind, and made the whole experience fun for him. We just moved from out of state, and he used to only go to one favorite stylist, so I was a bit nervous about how he’d adjust. But Titi made him feel comfortable and he walked out smiling and happy with his new haircut. Really appreciate her warmth and skill!The atmosphere at Sharkey’s in Durham is also fantastic for kids - there are fun car chairs, cool lights, and an overall playful vibe that really helped make the visit enjoyable.

We had an amazing experience at Sharky‘s cuts for kids! Our hairstylist, Teisha was so kind, patient, and great with all 3 of my kids! My daughter went in to get the standard girls haircut and walked out with a fresh new cut, blow out, pink butterfly clips, pink and purple fingernails, a purple ring, a lollipop, and a balloon!! Talk about a great deal! And she had an absolute blast hanging out with Teisha! We will definitely be back to get our baby’s 1st haircut soon!

About a month ago I was in town for my granddaughter's birthday and brought her to Sharkey's, which was about as good an experience as I could have imagined - Teisha was warm, friendly, enthusiastic, and extremely skilled - we walked out very happy and with a fantastic cut. I very highly recommend!

Been taking my kid to Sharkey’s for the past year, since his first cut as a 1 year old. The staff has always done a great job giving a haircut even if he was unsure of scissors/ trimmers and squirming. They’ve always been patient and have different options to make a kid feel more comfortable getting a haircut.Just went today and Teisha did a phenomenal job, think my son got his best haircut to date! She even pulled it off without him getting fussy or crying which is an additional win.Can’t recommend enough for young kid’s haircuts!
