Tim Wilkerson is professional and amiable who will bend over backwards to accommodate your needs. His lead installer, Ricardo, is a man who knows his business and craft, along with his workmate John. These gentleman started their work at approximately 9am and were finished at approximately 6:30 including cleanup and disposal, and I'm talking about a complete install of condenser and air handler. I was impressed which isn't easy. They worked energetically until the job was done. I highly recommend them and if you have a concern after, Tim will ensure it gets addressed

The men who installed were very good, lead man was Rico.The owner never got back to finish the job. The thermostat was not changed out as promised.So we are looking for someone else to finish the job.

Well being transparent 💯. The guy wasn’t prepared totally for the job. He left off things that came with the product. The brain that connects to the WiFi isn’t working. He dropped it three times. I don’t think it’s connected properly. Overall he got the job done even stating that he wasn’t prepared for the job. So I’ll give him a C+, I do recommend this company the price was well below what others stated.
