He was nice and prompt. Got us a quote with the rebate and after some back and forth we settled to do things in 2 phases. So happy we did this and weren't stuck with E-Pro for the whole project.Anyway. The issue started immediately. The online application has to be done online. Some we did some they did. They're part of it always had a mistake or 2. Had a lot of back and forth with the Canada rebate people to fix things that they did.Then the project started and we were give a days notice that the electrician is coming. We are a brick and mortar business that has a lot going on. Very poor notice.Electrician shows up and starts asking my manager what he needs to do. ???? She has no idea. You'd think he would. Gets most of it done that day and leaves.We hear nothing at all. I show up and see there are lights that were not changed and a huge pile of old lights in our storage room. Storage is a premium at our business. I mentioned this many times to be quick and get the old lights removed asap.In the end. The lights were removed 5 days later. The electrician didn't come back because the wrong lights were ordered. Calls and emails were not responded to. The project manager, another Mike was very poor at his job and communication. Also more mistakes and issues with the online rebate program, surprise.I spoke to a higher up, Rod or Rob. Not sure. He did little to nothing but listen to me complain with the project manager.A simple 1-2 day LED light switch out became a huge headache and constant calls/emails. This should have been easy and zero stress on us.If you want a smooth project with little headache and stress. Go to another company. We will be for the second phase. Stay away from E-Pro.
