The young man, Jesse, introduced himself and when he got the information from me that he needed he went to work. He finished in no time and he left me with some valuable information. Also, he was very polite.I must admit I made this post too soon. As of today 7/31/2026 my a/c is blowing hot air. He said let it run. It takes time to cool down the house. Whatever Jessie did, the temperature has never gone down except for the morning. I knowhe didn't have anything to do with that!He was polite until I didn't agree with his work. Brown Air-conditioning and Heating, you should be ashamed of yourself!!!On this visit 9/15/2026 only gave me hope only to be disappointed once again. The air is not working. It cooled down to around 77 degrees then the temperature started warming up after about 8 hours of run time. I believe it has stopped. There is no air blowing from the vents. NONE!!!!
