Mike was respectful, friendly and let me know what he was doing during each part of service call. He asked questions about the equipment to have a broader understanding of the age and potential issues. He tended to the needs of the call and establishing a new customer relationship. I will be looking forward to a long term relationship with Brown A/C due to my first impression with Mike as their associate and representative.
