One Call Restoration are my local heroes! When my basement bathroom flooded due to a sewage drain issue, they responded immediately and took full control of the situation. Not only did they restore the bathroom, but they also stopped mold from developing and thoroughly cleaned the space, making it safe and healthy again. They even were able to replace my entire carpet in my basement due to the flood damage from the bathroom.I am absolutely thrilled with their fast action, professionalism, and commitment to delivering results. Issue: Plumbing Leak in basement:One Call was fast to respond to the problem. They brought the proper tools and equipment to start the job. They disposed of some damaged flooring and carpet. They returned 1 or 2 days later to perform some additional work and check on drying process. After a week, walls tested very low moisture, and they were able to remove their equipment.
