Best Option Restoration was out to my house first thing in the morning after a pipe burst and flooded the finished rooms in my basement. They worked all week to cut out drywall and flooring that had been damaged, made sure everything was dried out and treated. Once I called them I no longer worried, they were communicative and easy to work with! Gave me great peace of mind!

Bottom line couldn’t recommend this company enough for your demo and mold remediation needs.Long story short, my wife and I discovered (with the help of Brock from Best Option) that we had some significant water damage in our subfloor. After insurance told us to pound sand, we turned to Best Option to see about removal and remediation. There have been a lot of blessings throughout this frustrating season and I can confidently say Best Option was a big one for us. Brock and Devin have been very communicative, honest, and understanding throughout the whole process and I couldn’t be more glad we decided to give them our business during this craziness. While I initially gave a 5-star review for Brock and Best Option Restorations, I must change it based on subsequent events. I have had continued tobacco-smoke odor issues post their work, especially once windows were closed for winter. I have had to have the vents recleaned, and a third cleaning on the vent in one room. I have had to have the furnace cleaned, an air purifier installed, and the air conditioner unit cleaned. Today, I have Servo pro recleaning many cabinets, walls, bathroom fans (which were missed entirely), the shelves (again) and the entire basement (again). I no longer recommend this company. Their remediation left a lot of uncleaned and partially cleaned areas and I have lost significant money with my house lingering on the market due to smoke odor and sales-price reductions. After the initial clean, they could not determine where any remaining odor was coming from, which has not been the case with follow-up vendors.

A slow water leak over several months in an seldomly used basement closet resulted in extensive mole to carpet and dry wall. BOR installed hepa filters and fans to remove water ant removed molded drywall and continued to dry. Although the removal and subsequent installation could have been messy and dusty throughout the house, in fact it wasn't due to the supreme care BOR took throughout the entire restoration. I sincerely hope I never have another mold problem, but if I do, BOR will be my contractor of choice. Great price, great job, great communications with me and my insurance company.

A couple of weeks ago our toilet overflowed on a Saturday morning (of course on a Saturday!) and exploded the pipe to allow brown water to burst through the ceiling and onto our dining room carpet. We called Brock who had Mike and Devin to our home within the hour. They were professional and easily worked along side our plumber from Fort Collins Heating and Air. Both companies got the job done so that no more damage would be done. I love that Best Options Restoration of Fort Collins is a family run business. I felt safe and comfortable leaving them at our house alone to do the job. They sent all the photos and info to my home owners insurance and made the process as easy as possible. Highly recommend for any mitigation fire, water, mold needs!
