Sami was very patient, friendly, courteous, He helped me to pick out a living room set with coffee table and end tables and lamps; and a bedroom set with dresser, mirror,end table and a recliner chair Rudy who is a long time employee will be delivering my furniture to me when Sami contacts me to set up a delivery date. The reason is he didn't have the bed frame I wanted so he ordered it for and has to wait for it to be brought to the store.

BEWARE OF THE COLUMBUS OHIO LOCATION ON MORSE ROADWhen the delivery team damaged our shoe closet door, leaving scratches and holes, all we asked was for the door to be restored to the exact condition it was in before they arrived—without patches, scratches, or visible repairs. Alternatively, we were willing to accept compensation in the form of an item of equal value. After pricing and ordering the replacement, we found that the door costs approximately $260.00.The delivery team could have asked us to remove the door or open it before moving the furniture, but they did not. Most moving or delivery companies would have simply removed the door to avoid causing damage. What is even more concerning is that they never informed us that the damage had occurred. We only discovered it after they left, when I went to lock the front door. I immediately called the company to report the issue.The damage occurred on June 13. After waiting for a response, I finally received a call from the salesperson who sold us the couch. He told me that on June 22, 2026, the company would refund the $149.99 delivery fee. However, I have not received the refund or any further communication regarding the matter. We priced the door and got it ordered it's $256.89 for the exact kind and size. So clearly the money isn't the actual issue.This lack of follow-up!!. I understand that the door is not particularly expensive or fancy, but it belongs to us, and it was not damaged before the delivery team arrived. So we should have been informed when it occurred! But instead they tried running away.Anyways vent over we will not be purchasing from here again and no need to contact us after you've seen this. We simply wanted you all to take accountability more than anything else.
