Hello this company installed a new air conditioner system on your house back in December, with the heat hitting us, we turn on our air for the first time. The cold air was not coming out it was super slow so I called him, emailed him and it took a while until he answered. He said he would come a certain day. He didn’t. I reached out again and finally he came and fixed it, and said he would be back to add coolant but he has not come back. I feel a little disappointed with their customer skills after the installation. It’s starting to slow down again out cold air.Seems like I have to chase him down to get him to come back. It has not even 6 months so I just hope this is not an issue. We were very happy with the installation but now we are not so happy. I had Recomended him to a few friends too.

Excellent work done by Brian and his two associates. They installed a whole house fan which was rather tedious. They were all professional. I recommend their service.

Friendly, professional, curtious, reliable and knowledgeable service. Our air conditioner was not efficient. Some rooms were getting no air and others little air. The unit would hardly turn off. They replaced our crumbling ducting, serviced our unit, and replaced all of our registers and they cleaned up before they left.I can't say enough. We are so happy with the work they did. I highly recommend them.

Called on a weekend and received an immediate response. Great service also educated us on the type of unit we had because we had a new build house and wasn’t aware of the pro and cons of our unit. Let’s just say I will have him on speed dial. We are lucky to have this type of service not far from usForgot to add they will be adding to their service adding plumbing service!Update 2026, not sure what changed but reached out to this company again and they sent someone but it looked like this tech didn’t know how to fix the problem so the owner came, long story short I was charged for both techs being there and the problem wasn’t fix. I reached out via text and called no response. Unfortunate I will no longer support local business like this. I would advise everyone to stick to the larger business

Cantos is cheaper than the bigger HVAC firms in my area. Brian and his crew worked 10 hours straight to get my new system installed. My system has an downstairs unit and an upstairs unit. The second air handler and furnace unit is in the attic. Great work by the Cantos team. They will be coming back to install a new water heater soon. Thanks for the hard work Brian and crew.
