I must say writing this review after reading all the fabulous reviews is a bit of a shock. My boyfriend has had this company call several times to offer services. When he finally did decide to give you guys a try he was sure to be clear you understood his floors are marble. When the 1st cleaner arrived her 1st question was what's most in important (well when you have your house cleaned usually THE HOUSE is most important) so we go over and show the house to her and we leave takes over an hour for the 2nd lady to show up. When we get back home assuming they would still have a few more hours ahead of them they come out to the garage and tell us they are done. My boyfriend goes in as they ask him to look around he was pretty frustrated that you could still see a mess on the floor, the glass tables had strikes and half cleaned, the shower was lightly cleaned (Soap scum still all over and the soap holder was not touched), dust on the floors in the bedroom, fridge and stove never wiped down marks on the fronts of both to show. After paying for the services. We took note and decided we would not welcome this company back as the 1st Impression is a lasting impression. The next day you guys called to follow up and you asked to send someone else out. But why would we want to waste more time??? Great experience! I had some new vinyl flooring installed and the workers left dust everywhere. I called Fabulous and they sent over Greg and Dylan the next morning! They did a great job, charged a fair price, and even got some hard water stains out of my tub I thought would never go away. Will definitely be using them again!... More
