STAY FAR AWAY! We paid $1,100 for a move-out clean and what we ended up with was not even a basic cleaning. First of all they quote you without even seeing the house and after being on the phone for 16 minutes and finding out the price, my husband was just exhausted and agreed to the 1100. When the cleaners got there, they didn’t even know what they were supposed to be doing, they came into the house and said OK we’re only doing the downstairs and he quickly said no this is supposed to be a full MOVE OUT clean.
What we got was definitely not even close to that. I came to the house several hours later and was horrified that we paid so much money for something my teenagers could’ve done a better job at.
Hair all over the baseboards and door frames, dirty doors, hair and bobby pins still sitting in drawers, dirt and debris everywhere, and vents CAKED in dust. The medicine cabinets weren’t even wiped out! I have plenty of photos and videos that we have sent the company via email and they will not respond to any calls texts or emails to rectify the matter.
To clarify, these aren’t things I just assumed would be cleaned. They are literally listed on the move-out cleaning checklist they gave us. Clean inside cabinets and drawers. Wash doors and door frames. Wash baseboards. Dust vents. All supposedly included. The only thing that they were clear they did not do for that price was the oven and the fridge, which was fine. We did those ourselves.
I’m not expecting someone to come in and make an older house look brand new, this is actually a house that is fairly newer and with multiple kids and pets. We wanted to be free of the hassle of doing a move out clean.
We paid $1,100 because we are moving and wanted the house professionally cleaned so it was one less thing we had to worry about. Instead, we are now having to clean it ourselves to finish a job we already paid $1,100 for. At this point it looks like the only thing they did was wipe down some counters, mop, and vacuum. The house doesn’t even smell like cleaning products were even used.
We contacted them immediately once I went to the house to inspect and asked them to please come back and fix it before our move-out, or refund HALF of what we paid so we could get somebody else in there. I thought that was more than reasonable considering the condition they left the house in.
Now they won’t return our calls, texts or emails. Charging someone $1,100 for a move-out clean, leaving the house like this, and then completely ignoring them when they contact you about it is ridiculous.
I would absolutely NEVER recommend this company.
