UPDATE: I was informed by hospital staff 7/20/2026 that if i tried to get medical records they would call police.On July 3, 2026, I was seen in the Freeman ER corresponding with a “wellness check“ I had informed staff who had already been hostile with me and rude that I did not want any injections. I agreed to not be combative, but I did not want an injection of an unknown substance at that point, Jorge Alvarado. The nurse practitioner on duty, took his elbow and shoved it into my jaw socket and damaged my jaw, which continues to this day to cause pain my ear, which also causes pain and constant headaches. The police were there and witnessed this happening. The hospital is refusing as well as the police to share the evidence with me because I know for a fact, it shows gross incompetence and negligence on behalf of the hospital, the police and more importantly, Mr. Alvarado, who first made a pledge to do no harm and only did harmAdditionally,they held me hostage for 3 days at Ozark Center and fed me literally only benzodiazepines and Benadryl, a bag of teddy grahams and then set me loose to withdraw on my own.Benzos are one of the only things that will kill you from withdrawal and this hospital spent 72 hrs forcing an addiction on me and then leaving me to deal with the suicidal ideation on my own.
