We’ve been going to Luxury Smoke Shop off Powers and Galley for a while now, and honestly this place deserves every bit of a 5-star review. They have a HUGE selection of pretty much anything you could be looking for, and the staff is always extremely knowledgeable and helpful.What really stands out is how well they treat people. Even when there’s only one employee working and the store is packed with customers, somehow they still manage to help everyone while keeping people happy and taken care of. Every staff member we’ve dealt with has been kind, friendly, professional, and patient, which says a lot about the owner because it clearly reflects the environment she’s created.The owner herself is amazing whenever we see her. She’s always willing to talk about new products coming in, ask customers what they’d like to see in the store, and genuinely listens. She’s super approachable and takes care of people. If you pay attention, sometimes on different days, there’s even extra discounts for example, Friday evenings, the owner has created ladies night and between certain hours they take an even extra percentage off.Another huge plus is that they’re open 24/7, which is incredibly convenient. And if there’s ever an issue with a product, as long as you let them know before leaving the store, they’re very understanding about replacing it and making things right. In some cases they’ve even offered extra savings on a future purchase.Overall, this place is professional, welcoming, customer-focused, and consistent.
