I like bats. They are cute, fuzzy, and eat mosquitoes (I hate mosquitoes). But I don't want them as roomies. Freedom took great care to block their access to my home and placed exit tubes so they could leave and not come back. Excellent communication throughout the process. Highly recommend

Company was very responsive and got me on the schedule very quickly to remove rodent from my crawl space. David was very prompt to the appointment, was very knowledgable and did what he said he would. I would definitely recommend the company.

The young men who came to spray our trailer for roaches & ants and baited for mice got rid of everything within 4 or 5 months. My husband and I used over the counter treatments for 20 months and spent $200 - $300 on them since we moved in to no avail. They are very nice and respectful when they come to your home and the office staff are as well when they are texting you or on the phone. I highly recommend this company for any pest problems you may have, and they're reasonably priced too

I moved my routine pest control services to them and within 2 weeks, my yard guy found a nest of hornets while working. Someone came within 24 hours and unfortunately could not locate the nest. As soon as my yard guy found the spot he videoed it and showed them the location. Within hours this company responded and took care of the issue immediately. It felt great to know that they were going to be that responsive and dedicated to service.Add to this, the fact that they are a local business owners who have served our country in the military and live in this community!I appreciate the level of professionalism and customer service, as well as their fair pricing. I whole heartedly recommend them as the best local provider in our region!

The folks at Freedom Wildlife are great from top to bottom. To start, Leland was a great sales rep who really took his time to inspect my squirrel issue going all around the house and taking detailed notes of everything. Then Matthew and a few other guys who came were prompt, communicated very well with everything and gave me a great experience. I am no longer hearing squirrel's in my attic and also a cherry on top, they notified me my dryer vent was clogged and replaced it and now I no longer have to run the dryer two or three times. Very thankful for their team!

I had a groundhog on our property and they did an excellent job of trapping and releasing this animal. The whole thing from start to finish as far as trapping only took two days and the problem was resolved.

We found some kind of recurrent small animal excrement on the driveway of our Willow Spring home. We contacted Freedom Wildlife Solution for a perceived rat infestation. The pros, although busy this season, arrived promptly and immediately diagnosed our problem as BATS not rats. Our specialist inspected our home inside and out and determined their evil hiding place as an area above the garage door between the stonework and trim. No inside beasties were noted. He educated us on North Carolina laws regarding bats, explained their program, and we were scheduled for installation of barriers which allowed the exit of bats but prevented re-entry. A thorough cleaning of our driveway was evident that their system was effective. We are now living happily bat and guano free in Willow Spring thanks to the expertise of Freedom Wildlife Solution.

This is a great veteran owned business. The company we have used for the last seven years had nice guys and reasonable customer service but Freedom Wildlife and Pest Control are truly exceptional. The technician worked for and hour making sure everything was done properly. The little black ants have finally disappeared!
