He showed up at the scheduled time, and did a terrific job cleaning the roof (2nd story) of few year's worth of pine needles, cleared the gutters, cleaned the eaves, and cleaned the sides of the house, all at a very reasonable price. What a joy to work with!! I found out about Naquin on the Oak Forest & Garden Oaks Community Resource FB page, and wow! Lucas was VERY responsive and got me scheduled same day as our dog had made a mess of the patio & driveway. Lucas' colleague Cody was punctual and professional (and so sweet to our aging dog!). They have a nice truck rig...not a dinky machine, and not only did they work tirelessly and seamlessly together, they were articulate and genuinely nice to interact with, which is huge since I was home alone with my child. The guys even made a few suggestions of other things that I should consider power washing (without being pushy or salesy)...like the cushions on my patio furniture and a perimeter wall that was pretty scuzzy. So now I have a clean driveway, patio, walkways, entryway, patio cushions, and wall!Fair price, professional, and timely...hard to beat that combo!
