A calm that continued to increase from our first email interactions! Unfortunately I did not end up booking with encompass but throughout the whole experience the customer service was the best I have ever received! Megan was so responsive and patient with me! A family friend offered their services to me so I ended up canceling my contract with encompass. Megan was so understanding and made sure I knew she was wishing the best for my wedding!
